ARTIST'S STATEMENT

"My work responds to scenes and changes that exist in my immediate urban environment. It stems from an interest in understanding the relationships between land, architectures, objects and people. I am intrigued as well by how the state of things influence our ways of living and thinking and vice versa. My process involves observing situations, gaining access to subjects and revealing insignificant or unfamiliar territories. The objective is to create artworks that convey ideas through symbolic visuals while leaving room for viewers to formulate their own opinions."
